Euros accumulated will have a validity of 18 months for redemption.

Redemption can be done in full or in part, always associated with a minimum purchase of €25 in a physical store.

Redemption can be done on any product for sale (not for rent, not for repairs), regardless of whether it is discounted.

Euros accumulated from the customer's rental reservation will be credited to their user account on the day the associated rental reservation begins. They can be used from that moment onwards.

The customer, through their user account, can view in real-time the status of their Loyalty Program, available balance, and redemption history. Likewise, they will be reflected in the rental voucher.

Esports Sant Moritz reserves the right to change redemption percentages as well as the validity of accumulated amounts.
