HOW DOES IT WORK?
For each ski equipment reservation made exclusively through our website, you will accumulate money in our new Loyalty Program St.Moritz+.
This accumulated money can be redeemed for purchases in our physical stores in Arinsal, with a minimum purchase of €25 required to redeem the accumulated euros.
ST.MORITZ+ PROGRAM ACCUMULATION RULES
+5% importe neto (descuento aplicado) para alquiler de packs de ski, packs de snowboard, ski blades, ropa de alquiler, botas, raquetas.
No acumulan euros, los alquileres individualizados de cascos, palos.
No aplican al cálculo de euros acumulados los importes de la reserva imputables a garantía de rotura y forfait.
+5€ additional euros accumulated for recurring customers. From the 3rd booking in initiation or silver/progression range ski/snowboard packs, with the same user during the season.
+10€ additional euros accumulated for recurring customers. From the 3rd booking in gold/emotion, experience, or exclusive range ski/snowboard packs, with the same user during the season.
OPERATING RULES
Euros accumulated will have a validity of 18 months for redemption.
Redemption can be done in full or in part, always associated with a minimum purchase of €25 in a physical store.
Redemption can be done on any product for sale (not for rent, not for repairs), regardless of whether it is discounted.
Euros accumulated from the customer's rental reservation will be credited to their user account on the day the associated rental reservation begins. They can be used from that moment onwards.
The customer, through their user account, can view in real-time the status of their Loyalty Program, available balance, and redemption history. Likewise, they will be reflected in the rental voucher.
Esports Sant Moritz reserves the right to change redemption percentages as well as the validity of accumulated amounts.
